Before I started training with Carl I was extremely nervous to exercise outside the gym or my room. I used to feel anxious working out in public, however after training with Carl I now have the confidence to jog/ exercise outside thanks to his encouraging and can-do attitude. I really enjoy our sessions together because he ensures that the sessions are fun and not treated as a ‘mundane’ task. One thing that makes Carl stick out from the other personal trainers that I’ve worked with in the past is that his workout plans are tailored and suited to my lifestyle. He takes his time understanding your goals and lifestyle, and then creates a workout plan that works for you, rather than just using a generic plan and treating it as a one size fit all. I’ve seen a huge difference in not just my fitness levels, but in my overall health, weight and mental wellbeing. I can’t recommend Carl enough!

Training with Carl is so motivating , he’s tuned into my strengths, my weaknesses and instantly knows how to support me to do well which keeps me motivated and consistent. He’s knowledgeable and explains things well so I now understand why I need to do certain things. He helps me face my training fears one step at a time and overcome them which puts me completely at ease during difficult times. He’s one of the nicest guys to train with and he adds some fun into it too. From my sub 28min 5k goal to my new marathon PB goal, he has the knowledge and patience to help me achieve all.

Carl is a great Running Coach! Highly recommend! Especially if you’re just starting in your running journey. I’d always had problems with feeling like my lungs were going to explode on every run before I met Carl. He showed me that running can actually be fun once you know how, like anything I guess. Super easy to communicate with, professional and always inspires you to want to do more. Great Fella.

Money well spent! I signed up for a 5K ‘Tough Mudder’ after a night out. I’d never ran for more than 10 mins on a treadmill! With 2 months to train, I needed help and quick! I asked my friends for advice and they pointed me to Carl. I ended up buying the ‘Personalised Couch-2-5K Package’. I also added on ‘Race Companion’ which meant that Carl actually ran with me lol.    
I’m not going to lie, training with Carl was tough at times, but it paid off and I’ve got the medal to prove it 😀

Would definitely recommend! Super easy to communicate with and highly professional.
